 Red are also used by member countries of the European Union but one country without red passports  in European union is Croatia and some south American Countries : Colombia,Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador

Green Passports : Most Muslim countries use green passports like Morocco , Saudia Arabia ,Pakistan..

Furthermore West African Countries use Green passports but in reason of  they belong to ECOWAS (the Economic Community of West African States).

The reasons why this Countries usés this colour : The dark colours chosen obviously don't show up dirt as much, and they look nicely official.
